1. Precision temperature control and heating system
Hot melt glue typically require temperatures between 150°C and 200°C to melt and flow.
2. High-vacuum sealing and degassing system
During the kneading stage, air entrapped in the raw materials or volatiles released upon heating can generate bubbles. If these are not removed, the bonding strength and appearance of the final hot melt glue will be directly compromised.
3. Heavy-duty drive system and wear-resistant materials

In the actual production of hot melt glue, the shaft seal is a component highly prone to leakage or discoloration (blackening) caused by friction.
