Working Principle of HTV High Temperature Resistant Silicone Rubber Compound Vacuum Sigma Mixer

HTV high temperature resistant silicone rubber compound vacuum sigma mixer employs a double-Σ blade structure. Two sets of blades rotate in opposite directions at different speeds, continuously generating intense shearing, extrusion, folding, stretching, and kneading effects on the material within a sealed kneading chamber. Under high torque, the HTV silicone rubber base, silica, vulcanizing agent, color masterbatch, and various functional additives are continuously cut, dispersed, and recombine. Even with high-viscosity, high-filler-ratio silicone rubber materials, it achieves thorough and uniform mixing, significantly improving filler dispersibility and compound consistency.

During the mixing process, the equipment jacket can be circulated with heat transfer oil, steam, or cooling water according to process requirements to precisely control the material temperature and prevent excessive local temperature rise from affecting the performance of silicone rubber. Simultaneously, the equipment can operate under vacuum, continuously removing air, moisture, and low-molecular-weight volatiles trapped during mixing through a vacuum system. This effectively reduces the air bubble content within the rubber compound, improving its density, surface smoothness, and subsequent molding stability.
