Hydraulic tilting sigma mixer is a heavy-duty mixing equipment specifically designed for high-viscosity, high-filler and high-solids materials.
Hydraulic tilting sigma mixer uses two ∑-shaped blades as its core. Through the counter-rotating of blades, it strongly shears, compresses, folds and mixes the materials.
After kneading, the cylinder is tiled as a whole by the hydraulic system, allowing the material to be discharged quickly and thoroughly. This is particularly suitable for high-viscosity systems that are difficult to discharge through bottom valves or screws.
