Propellant Vertical Kneader Working Principle

Propellant vertical kneader typically employ a planetary mixing structure.

  • Double-blade design: Two "∑"-shaped impellers rotate at high speed around their own axes while simultaneously revolving around the center line of the mixing cylinder.
  • Kneading action: The gaps between the impeller blades and between the impeller blades, and between the impeller blades and cylinder wall are extremely small. This powerful shearing, stretching, and compressing action forcefully breaks down and penetrates high-viscosity materials, ensuring that micron-sized oxidant particles are perfectly coated by the binder.
