Silicone rubber sigma mixer is screw discharge type. When silicone rubber sigma mixer is in operation:

Two "∑"-shaped blades rotate in opposite directions at different speeds, forcefully shearing, compressing, and kneading the high-viscosity silicone rubber material. After mixing, the material is conveyed by the bottom screw and continuously discharged through the extrusion system.

This structure achieves a combination of high-strength mixing and automatic discharge.
