Granular Hot Melt Glue Production Line

JCT delivered a complete hot melt glue production line to Russian customer, with the sigma mixer as the core mixing equipment. This project primarily produces granular hot melt glue, requiring high levels of mixing uniformity, temperature control stability, and equipment reliability.

Before the equipment leaves the factory, we conduct a complete trial production at our own plant according to the customer's actual formula. We test the entire process from feeding, kneading, cutting to discharging to ensure that the hot melt glue is mixed evenly, without dead corners, and has stable performance. Only after the trial production is successful will the entire production line be officially shipped to Russia.

This project not only reduced the risks of overseas installation and commissioning for our customers, but also further validated our mature application experience and complete production line delivery capabilities of sigma mixer in the field of hot melt glue production.
